Dr. Garrison has an appropriate amount of balance between learning and rigor. It can at times be a tough class with difficult concepts, and if math isn't a strong suit you likely will be challenged. However it's achievable to succeed if you put the appropriate effort in. I also found him very approachable and helpful when I needed assistance.

Dr. Garrison is very methodical when it comes to going through his lectures, but they are relatively straightforward to follow and you will get a lot out of his class. It can be a bit challenging at times, but rewarding. I'd highly recommend taking his section of 441.
