Course DescriptionThis course introduces modern quantum computing theories and experiments for graduate and advanced undergraduate students in Computer Science, SCI, and related fields. It covers essential topics, including 1. basic quantum computing concepts using linear algebra, 2. variational quantum algorithms, 3. quantum optimization and quantum machine learning with coding exercises, 4. practical quantum error correction techniques, and 5. post-quantum cryptography.
